You conform to indemnify and maintain harmless FORD and its affiliate marketers as well as their respective directors, officers, workers, brokers or other Reps from and in opposition to all promises, liability and costs, which include all lawful fees and charges arising from or regarding (a) your breach of these Stipulations of Use; and (b) your us
